Please post what crafts you plan to do come launch! You can always come back and change it if you change your mind, but please post what you intend to level and/or Master so we can get an idea about what sorts of things are available to our legion.
Please keep in mind that you can level anything up rather high, but can only 'master' 1 profession (I believe that's above 399ish skill level?).
I plan to level Alchemy and Cooking on Sylestial. I intend to Master Alchemy and take Cooking up as high as I can. I do not intend to do any other crafting (unless I get bored after I hit max). In BETA I have Alchemy up to 76ish, so far.

I'm aiming for Handicrafting and Weaponsmithing.
As of patch 1.3, you can get two crafts to 450. (I'm pretty sure this is master level.)

Armorsmithing - 2
Sewing - 3
Weaponsmithing - 3

Which is more beneficial to everyone: alchemy or cooking? If cooking is, I can switch and we can make ramen or cookies together. :]

It's about even really. I mean in my experience, food isn't THAT crucial. It's just nice to have food buffs. But pots are a MUST!
